Introduction
Tokatoka is volcanic plug situated 17km south of Dargaville, it sports
only a few climbs but has the potential for many more.

Access
Traveling north from Auckland north along SH1, turn left at
Brynderwyn onto SH12 and travel towards Dargaville. At the Tokatoka Tavern
turn right, down to the Tokatoka reserve and park your vehicle. As you
enter the reserve veer right, over the fence (using the stile) onto the
farmland and around to the climbing area.
